• Small 9 x 6 x 6″ (229 x 152 x 152mm) – manufactured from single wall 150KTB board.
• Medium 12 x 9 x 9″ (305 x 229 x 229mm) – manufactured from double wall 150KTBC board.
• Large 18 x 12 x 12″ (457 x 305 x 305mm) – manufactured from 200KTBC double wall board.

Medium and Large boxes also feature additional creases, allowing the box height to be reduced when required.

These standard 0201-style corrugated cartons are supplied flat to help minimise storage space and can be assembled and sealed using packaging tape in the same way as a conventional 0201 shipping box, making them straightforward to incorporate into existing packing and dispatch operations.

What is an 0201 corrugated box?
An 0201 is one of the most widely used styles of corrugated shipping carton. It has four closing flaps at the top and bottom, with the outer flaps meeting when closed.
The cartons are supplied flat and are assembled before packing. The bottom and top are normally secured with packaging tape, making 0201 boxes a practical choice for ecommerce, warehousing, fulfilment and general shipping.

Are these single wall or double wall boxes?
The construction varies according to size.
The Small carton is manufactured from 150KTB single wall corrugated board.
The Medium carton uses 150KTBC double wall board, while the Large carton uses 200KTBC double wall board.

What’s the difference between single wall boxes and double wall boxes?
While single wall boxes are constructed from a single sheet of corrugated paper, double wall boxes are made with a double layer of corrugated cardboard to increase the strength and durability of the box.

Should I use single wall boxes or double wall boxes?
Single wall boxes are ideal for boxing lightweight, everyday items for shipping or storage. Double wall boxes offer increased strength and rigidity, making them perfect for heavier objects that require more durable packaging, or fragile items that require more cushioning and protection.

Can single wall boxes be used to ship goods?

What are multi-depth boxes?
Multi-depth boxes are cardboard boxes with scoring at different heights within the box. The sides of the box can be cut to these heights and folded to change the internal dimensions and provide a more secure fit for a variety of products without needing to purchase multiple sizes of box. Multi-depth boxes are useful in ecommerce or shipment operations where multiple sizes of products are sold and transported.

Are corrugated cardboard boxes environmentally friendly?
L-PAC’s corrugated cardboard boxes are made from sustainable materials such as kraft and recycled paper. They are a 100% recyclable packaging solution. How are the Christmas boxes printed?
Both the Santa Baby and Oh Christmas Tree designs are printed using white ink onto natural kraft board. The white-on-kraft combination gives the boxes a distinctive festive appearance without losing the classic look of a kraft corrugated shipping carton.

Are the Christmas boxes supplied assembled?
No. Like conventional 0201 cartons, the boxes are supplied flat. This makes them considerably easier to store before they’re required. They can then be erected at the packing bench, filled and sealed with suitable packaging tape.

Can I buy the Christmas boxes in bundles?
Yes. The boxes are available in bundle quantities, so you don’t necessarily need to purchase a full pallet.
The Small boxes are supplied in bundles of 25, while Medium and Large boxes are supplied in bundles of 20.
Volume pricing is available, including pallet quantities, making the range suitable for businesses requiring anything from relatively small seasonal quantities through to larger Christmas packing operations.

How many Christmas boxes are supplied on a pallet?
Pallet quantities depend on the size selected:
Small: 2,160 boxes per pallet
Medium: 420 boxes per pallet
Large: 180 boxes per pallet
