PAPERplus® Classic

The PAPERplus® Classic paper cushioning system is the ideal protective packaging solution
for heavy weight products. With paper pads, two ply paper, even heavy products can be
securely blocked and braced in cartons and cushioned all around.

 
 
 
At the press of a button, the machine produces robust, tear-resistant, but also flexible and
highly malleable paper cushioning.
Customers can choose between the paper types PAPERplus® Standard and PAPERplus®
GE as well as recycled paper and grass paper.

PAPERplus® Shooter

The ultra-fast Shooter paper cushion system can process up to 160 meters of recycled
paper a minute.
The paper cushions designed to fill voids in boxes and perfectly protect shipping goods.
The machine is very user-friendly and offers three operating modes (automatic, manual, and
on-demand), making it easier than ever to tailor paper cushion production to specific
packaging processes. 
The compact, lightweight device is available as a freestanding version and a tabletop model,
allowing flexible integration of the PAPERplus ®  Shooter³ into any production process.

PAPERplus® Track

The Track system machine produces paper cushion in mere seconds directly at the packing
station, delivering highly effective padding despite limited use of material.
Thanks to the sturdy padding, the system is ideal for medium to large packages weighing
between 5 and 50 kg – the perfect solution for shipping spare parts, electronic components,
ceramics, and more.
PAPERplus® Track is compact in size and can also be integrated into existing distribution
lines.
Thanks to perforated paper, the individual cushions can be easily separated from each other,
meaning that the machine does not need a blade.
The machine features a touchscreen and can be operated online using a smartphone or
tablet.

PAPERplus® Chevron

PAPERplus® Chevron delivers maximum fill with less material.
The unique paper cushion system produces crinkled paper tubes that are large in volume
and offer exceptional shock absorption. Very little paper is required to fill void in the package,
and will block and brace light to medium-weight shipping goods in the carton.
The high-quality paper cushioning is flexible, malleable and, thanks to perforation, very easy
to separate manually. 
PAPERplus® Chevron is available in a variety of versions, including free-standing and
multiple tabletop models, and can be easily integrated into existing packing processes. 
L-Pac customers can choose between brown, black and white kraft paper.

PAPERplus® Papillon

Thanks to its special patented shape, the paper cushioning of the Papillon system offers
optimal protection for small and medium-sized products.
The special kraft paper is available in various colours making this an aesthetically pleasing
void fill and cushioning solution for ecommerce, fashion and cosmetics businesses – also
great for seasonal campaigns.
Boasting large volume at a low weight, the product is especially soft and flexible making it
suitable for filling voids and wrapping products,
Available in a variety of models, the PAPERplus® Papillon machine is simple to adapt to the
specific needs of our customers. 
Three operating modes also simplify on-demand production of paper cushioning directly at
the packing station, while the system itself features a compact, space-saving design.
When connected with a conveying system and a silo, a single PAPERplus® Papillon can
supply multiple packing stations with cushioning at the same time.

PAPERplus® Coiler

Customers who ship large, heavy, and fragile products can now benefit from our flexible
PAPERplus® Coiler system.
The machine processes the paper pads that are preformed by the PAPERplus® Classic
CX, or PAPERplus® Track paper cushion machines – and turns them into robust coils of
paper cushioning.
The coils keep products weighing between 30 and 500Kgs reliably safe.
The coils of paper cushion can be precisely tailored to the goods concerned using a touch-
screen display: the coil diameter, for instance, can be set at between 20cm and 50cm.
Users can choose from various degrees of firmness and select whether they wish to have
compact coils or whether they prefer looser coils. This guarantees an optimized use of
packaging material.

Automatically attached adhesive dots provide for a secure hold and enable the easy
handling of the finished coil.

PAPERplus® Dragonfly

With PAPERplus® Dragonfly, you are all set for fast and efficient void filling.
Adjustable to three different speeds, the machine produces between 50 and 60 meters of
extra wide crimped paper pads per minute, rapidly filling the box to hold down and secure
the shipping goods.
Thanks to the unique Variable Cushion Density Feature, PAPERplus® Dragonfly creates
fluffy paper pads with adjustable volume as needed. This allows for an optimal pack integrity
in medium to large parcels weighing between approximately 5 and 10 kg—every time.

to separate manually.
