The machines come in a range of different sizes and capabilities which is detailed per item in the table below.

Description

We offer a range of quality heat sealers to suit a variety of needs for any business, including basic models (with or without an integrated cutter) and industrial quality machines.

Models without a cutter are suitable for sealing polythene or plastic bags only.

Models with cutters are also available if you wish to seal polythene tubing (layflat tubing) or where any excess material needs to be trimmed off. Specifications and features are detailed for each machine within the product table.

Warranty: All machines come with a 12 month manufacturer ‘return to base’ warranty. In the event of a breakdown (which is extremely rare), simply send the machine to the manufacturers UK repair centre and they will repair and send back to you.

Please note that accessories and spare parts are all held in stock in the UK, in case of requirement. Please contact us for further assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the difference between an impulse sealer and a constant heat sealer?
Impulse sealers only heat up the instant the sealing jaw is compressed, making them highly energy-efficient and safe for standard polythene. Constant heat sealers maintain a continuous temperature and are typically used for thicker laminates, foil bags, and heavy barrier materials.

Does L-PAC supply replacement element wires and Teflon strips for these machines?
Yes, we can source complete maintenance service kits containing premium Teflon strips and heating wires, ensuring rapid delivery to minimise downtime in your pack room. Contact L-PAC if your equipment is in need of repair.

What maximum seal widths do you support for large industrial liners?
Our range spans compact 200mm bench top units up to heavy-duty motorised sealers suitable for industrial packaging applications.

Do you provide technical equipment support for factories across Newcastle, Sunderland, and Manchester?
Yes, L-PAC supports commercial clients throughout the North East and North West with premium product machinery advice, robust warranties, and comprehensive parts availability.
